Warranty Policy

Mendtronics provides a limited warranty on selected services and parts to offer post-service support.

1. Warranty on Repairs:

  • Labor Warranty: 15 days for minor repairs and 30 days for major repairs (subject to technician approval)

  • Spare Part Warranty: Varies between 15–90 days, depending on the part and its source (mentioned in receipt)

2. What’s Covered:

  • Same issue recurring within the warranty period, provided:

    • The appliance was not used improperly

    • No physical or water damage occurred

    • No third-party tampering was done

3. What’s Not Covered:

  • Pre-existing issues not addressed during the original repair

  • Damage due to misuse, electrical surge, pests, flooding, or installation errors

  • Manufacturer-related defects or recalls

  • Appliances older than 10 years or in poor condition may not be eligible for full warranty

4. How to Claim Warranty:

  • Call or message our support number within the warranty period

  • Share your service receipt and a brief description of the issue

  • A technician will revisit and inspect the problem

  • If the issue is covered, rework or part replacement will be done free of charge
