By visiting our site and/ or purchasing / Booking Services or something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and Conditions with MENDTRONICS d/b/a Mendtronics to do work for you (the “Customer”), the following terms and conditions (“General Terms and Conditions of Service”) When you hire a company to repair or maintain your home appliances, it’s essential to know what you’re getting into. The terms and conditions outline the scope of the service, how much you’ll be charged, what kind of warranty you’ll receive, and how you’re expected to pay. You’ll also want to be aware of the cancellation policy, who’s liable for any damage that may occur during the service, and what your responsibilities are as the customer. Safety is also an important consideration, and you’ll want to ensure that the repair technicians take all necessary precautions while working on your appliances. Finally, if you have any complaints or feedback about the service you receive, it’s essential to let the company know so they can improve their service for future customers.  By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you’re indicating that you understand and accept the policies and procedures set forth by the company for the repair and maintenance services.

  • Scope of Service: Mendtronics Services offers repair and maintenance services for home appliances such as washing machines, air conditioners, TV, Microwave Oven, refrigerators, dishwashers and other appliances.
  • Service Charges: Service charges are based on the type of appliance, the nature of the repair, and the time required to complete the service. Mendtronics Services will provide you with an estimate of the service charges before starting any repair work.
  • Warranty: Mendtronics Services offers a limited warranty for our repair services. The warranty period varies based on the type of appliance and the nature of the repair. We will provide you with the details of the warranty at the time of service.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and UPI payments.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Liability: Mendtronics Services is not liable for any damage to the appliance or any other property resulting from the repair work. We will take all necessary precautions to avoid any damage, but the risk is always present.
  • Access: You must provide Mendtronics Services with access to the appliance and the area where it is located. We are not responsible for any damage to the property resulting from the lack of access.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide Mendtronics Services with accurate information about the appliance and the nature of the problem. We will not be responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
  • Safety: Mendtronics Services will take all necessary safety precautions while performing the repair work. It is your responsibility to ensure that the area is safe and free from any hazards.
  • Complaints and Feedback: If you have any complaints or feedback about our service, please let us know. We will do our best to address your concerns and improve our service.

By availing of MENDTRONICS’ repair and maintenance services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
