This Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to provide full clarity on how we handle service cancellations, inspection charges, rescheduling, and refunds.
We charge an inspection fee of ₹149, which covers:
Technician’s visit to your location
Complete issue diagnosis
Cost estimation for the repair
Important: This inspection charge is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
However, if you approve the repair, this amount will be adjusted in the final bill.
We understand that plans may change. You can cancel a service booking as follows:
If you cancel your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, no charges will apply.
If you cancel after a technician is assigned or is already en route, a cancellation fee of ₹100 will be charged to cover logistics and manpower costs.
For same-day bookings, cancellation must be done within 15 minutes of confirmation to avoid any fees.
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty, subject to technician availability.

Please provide a minimum 1-hour notice before the original appointment time
We offer partial or full refunds in the following situations:
If a technician is unable to complete the service due to technical or part unavailability and you have paid in advance
If the same problem reoccurs within warranty period and cannot be resolved after a revisit
If you were wrongly charged for a service not delivered
All refunds will be processed via the same payment method used or through UPI/bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
Once the repair is completed and you’ve acknowledged successful service
If damage occurs due to mishandling after our repair
If you didn’t report post-service issues within 24 hours
In some cases, you may be asked to pay an advance to order rare or high-value spare parts.
✅ If the part is unavailable or the order is canceled from our end, the advance will be fully refunded.
❌ If the part is delivered but you choose not to go ahead, the amount is non-refundable due to inventory costs.
