We follow a clear, fixed, and transparent pricing model to avoid confusion and ensure fairness for every customer.

1. Inspection Charges:

  • ₹149 per visit (non-refundable)

  • This charge covers technician travel and diagnosis.

  • If you choose to proceed with the repair, this ₹149 will be adjusted in the final repair bill.

2. Repair Charges:

  • Based on the issue, appliance condition, and parts required

  • No work is done without your confirmation after seeing the total estimate.

  • Any extra cost for additional parts or rework is communicated in advance.

3. Spare Parts:

  • We use standard high-quality compatible parts.

  • If you request original company (OEM) parts, we will inform you of availability, price, and delivery time.

4. Payment Modes:

  • Cash (preferred)

  • UPI via technician’s QR code

  • We do not accept online payments through the website or any third-party links.

5. No Hidden Charges:

  • All charges are explained upfront.

  • The final bill will include a detailed breakdown for full clarity.
